Rapid Electrical came on short notice to fix a short in our house wiring. It wasn't obvious where the short was, but Matt did a step-by-step examination, found the short, and fixed it. He was pleasant and personable as well as highly skilled. And the price for the repair was reasonable. We will definitely use Rapid Electrical again when we need electrical work.

They were very helpful and came out right away when we were hit bad by a storm that took out our electric line, we needed repairs done on our house before ComEd would/could turn our power back on. They returned my call quickly and sent someone out right away. They fixed our problem and were very polite.

I’ve used Rapid Electrical a few times in the past. Always have been extremely happy with their work. The most recent time I used them for a complete gut of my previous electric service in my house which was 100 amp and had it converted to a 200 amp service along with changing and upgrading all fixtures/outlets/switches and adding high hats, and lights throughout the whole interior and exterior of the house. Also running wire throughout for A/V, alarm system and for the Sonos Sound system. Beni, Tommy and the rest of the Rapid Electrical team were amazing. They were prompt, courteous, patient with our requests, clean, honest and delivered a great product and service. They truly are professionals of their trade. They are a family run business that cares and it shows. I find comfort in knowing I have found electricians I can trust. Thank You, Beni, Kriss and Rapid Electrical team.

Outstanding service! I had an issue with our light on our ceiling fan and placed a call and they took all of my information and were very thorough and courteous. A few minutes later I was contacted and told they could have someone scheduled to come out the next day and gave me a formal quote. The next day, the tech called me beforehand, was prompt, repaired the issue and was very professional, and answered all my questions. I highly recommend them.
