Desmond from the team attended our apartment in central London; he assessed the problem quickly and fixed it. He was very polite and friendly and I would definitely recommend him. The only drawback with big companies is that you pay by hour and even though the work was 15' we still had to pay for a full hour; nonetheless, at least we know that the work will be done and that they will do it within a reasonable time. I would choose them again in the future and I would try to ask for Desmond since he made a very good, professional impression to me.

Contacted Reid electrical in need of a replacement boiler system. They responded quickly and gave me a very fair quote for the job. The job was executed smoothly and effectively. Would definitely recommend.

I wish I could give 0 starts. It definitely deserves none. The whole company's reputation and reliability gets destroyed when you come across the owner. The man is an irracional aggressive and a compulsive liar. They take weeks to finish what it was supposed to be a day job. Doesn't pick up the phone when called. Promise to come and he doesn't turn up. Comes without the necessary tools and ask for payments in cash otherwise you don't get to pay what he initially asked. Stay away.
