Whilst they did fix my laptop, the service was VERY unprofessional. There was no store front so it was hard to find the place. They fixed the laptop once but then they missed an issue during their testing which required me to bring the laptop in again. At times when they said they will "call you back" you don't receive a call back same/next day and have to call them back yourself. The second time I brought it in and after a day of not hearing anything I called them and asked if there's an update. They said the technician doesn't know the password? I assume they tried, worked on something else and didn't bother to call to ask for the password (even though it was the same password THEY set during the first fix). I mentioned over phone and email that I wanted my laptop delivered and they thought I was going to pick it up. I told them two times (one time over email then over the phone) that my delivery address had changed and they were still planning to send it to my old address and I had to correct them. Do they not update their notes when they receive an email? Whilst my laptop is now working fine, I do not appreciate the bad service. I suggest finding another repair shop.

Repair Daemon are excellent! I broke my phone, catastrophically, and hadn't backed up important / meaningful files in the preceding weeks. Dan collected it with a protective bag. Subana then called to confirm recovery was possible, making sure the engineer knew exactly what needed recovering, including precious voice recordings of my late Mum. Everything was sorted within 3 days. So thankful and highly recommend.

I was nervous about using a third party repair service rather than going to apple to fix my macbook display. But the guys here can be trusted, all professional, friendly & offered a direct speedy service. Satya went above and beyond to deliver my laptop fast as possible so that I wasn't without it at work. 10/10 appreciated! And saved a decent amount of money from Apple's quote. Recommend!

I dropped my HP laptop and the screen cracked. The whole repair process was so easy. I booked the repair through their website, got a call the same day to arrange a free pick up. The laptop was picked up, the screen replaced and returned to me after 2 days.
