I spilled some liquid on my HP laptop but it wasn’t that bad apparently. The keyboard needed replacement, so they took a part and ordered the keyboard from China which was going to take weeks. They fixed my laptop temporarily with a used keyboard and a few faulty buttons, returned the device to me for use and then collected again to repair once the keyboard came in. They have gone above and beyond to support me through some difficult work I had to get done. I can’t be grateful enough. Thank you so much!!

MacBook Pro screen was successfully replaced within an hour. I used to work near their central workshop, so came on lunch break. The screen was replaced when I returned to work. The staff there are very friendly and accommodating. It was a great experience, I will recommend you to my colleagues.

I gave Satya my budget range when I contacted to talk about wanting to create a new PC. He replied me an email within an hour outlining several possibilities I could choose from. I made my decision based on his advice and knowledge of my needs. I received a new PC at my door a week later.

I was experiencing issues with the fans on my Dell laptop. As I am a student, I could not afford to be away from my laptop for long. They were really helpful and organised a collection for me. The costs weren’t too high, they did the job quickly and to top it off they offered me a student discount.
