Mendoza Todd5 StarHad my HP laptop collected by Repair Daemon as it is making a beeping sound and not turning on. They had it assessed for me and unfortunately the RAM was soldered on to the motherboard and would be an expensive repair. They told me my laptop still has manufacturing warranty and to take it to HP directly. So happy as they didn’t charge me for the assessment but were able to advice me. Curtis Pickering5 StarSatya is very likeable and did everything possible for my device to be repaired on time. They couldn’t have it repaired to my deadline but was apologetic and clarified in detail about the delay which I know wasn’t their fault. It happens but when it does, the company should know how to address that situation correctly and Satya definitely does. I will use them again.Tuesday 12th April 2022
Norman Garner5 StarAfter having done some research, contacted Satya here to get some advice. Blown away by the transparency! Most companies or shops said that they would need to assess, check or weren’t able to provide the quote on the phone. Satya got me an estimate, time-frame for the repair, laid out all the possible scenarios, even explained the worst case situation if it got delayed. Needless to say, the repair was done on time and dropped back to me just a bit ago and I have no hesitation in endorsing them!Wednesday 13th April 2022
Reinger Kareem5 StarI tried to upgrade my custom desktop but every time I tried to switch it on the fans would spin for a few seconds and then switch off. I called Repair Daemon and they said they will look and should be able to repair this. Thank God for their free collection service as the desktop is bulky and I wouldn’t be able to carry it to their workshop. They advised me there was nothing wrong this the new components. But I hadn’t connected it correctly. They delivered the desktop back to me within 48 hours of the collection.....!!Wednesday 30th March 2022
