Great find… It was our first time using Patrick as we are new to South East London. Power kept cutting out in our house and it wasn’t obvious what the issue was as it wasn’t tripping out. Patrick initially said he was available to come the same evening around 5pm. However, after I mentioned that I had a newborn and was keen to fix it ASAP, he was with me within the hour. Patrick was thorough fixing the fault, communicated pricing clearly and was professional throughout. He even called in the evening to follow up to make sure all was well. We look forward to using Responsible Electricians in the New Year to install some new light fittings. Would highly recommend!

I've had nothing but wonderful experiences with these guys. We've used them for multiple projects and they're always fast, efficient and well priced. They managed to hang a light fixture that two other electricians couldn't hang. They're always available to come out quickly. I'm always happy with their work and the workers are all personable.

I had called 2 electricians for emergency fault-finding to restore loss of power to lighting circuits in my flat. Both electricians were unable to diagnose the problem, gave me expensive advice on the remedy and charged me. I then came across Responsible Electricians via Checkatrade and spoke to Patrick who turned up the next day on time. He was determined to put my mind at rest and resolve the issue and thoroughly investigated the causes. At every stage he gave me coherent and detailed explanations of the processes he was following. As a teacher, I was quite impressed with the clarity of his communication, engagement and conscientious manner. I am pleased to say Patrick resolved the problem with minimal inconvenience. He took great care to avoid any unneccessary work or expenses. My partner, was so impressed that Patrick has been asked to take on some other work. Whenever I have any future electrical issues, my first port of call will be Responsible Electricians and I would gladly recommend him to family and friends.
