I have used SDS for our house alarm for some years now. I have always found them to be extremely pro-active and efficient. The engineers are always friendly and professional. I also like the fact they don't try to upsell on the alarm! When we were having a house refurb they were kind enough to assist very quickly when our builders accidentally set the alarm off. I have also used the SDS Shop on various occasions which is full of great quality products. I have found that everyone in the shop is also very helpful.

Never had any dealings with this company but house alarm went off and code didn't work. Spoke to Donna who was helpful, friendly and reassuring; she explained the issue and also the most economical quick fix (which didn't involve SDS coming out) - so I am delighted, and when I'm ready to stump up for the permanent fix I will defo be calling SDS to do the job - no further proof needed that they're exactly the kind of company I want to give my business to.

SDS was a previously a strong brand in South-West London but since their takeover, their service has declined and what is more laughable is that this company has five, 5 star reviews from users that have been linked to their other group companies. Reviews by Bella Hunt, Natalie Smith, James, James Swift and Max Noble have all been duplicated elsewhere or have reviewed other 'Spy Alarms' group companies. (Crown Security / Spy Alarms / SPE Alarms) How can a security company be trusted when they are falsifying consumer reviews? We have now taken our business to Banham's and would NOT recommend Spy / SDS / Crown.
