I really like Securbase. They did a great job on our installation, very professional. Their engineers are great. I like the fact that they are local and you can see them if needed on East Finchley High Street. Highly recommended.

Excellent and diligent alarm company who are available 24/7 and use the best kit on the market. You get what you pay for so although they aren't the cheapest they have an excellent product and customer service. All their engineers and polite and extremely knowledgeable.

By total coincidence I have come across these reviews for this company whilst looking for their telephone number to help me with some information I needed on my alarm system. I have used this company constantly for 17 years (and have recommended them on many occasions to close friends) and I can only tell you that the less than favourable reviews listed do not in any way marry up with our experience of them. I’ve always found their work to be good quality and the staff to be diligent. On occasion, when I have contacted the company out of hours (and let me define “out of hours” as between 11:30 PM and 2 AM on occasion) because I cannot set the alarm (maybe we are getting old!) they telephone us back in a flash and, more often than not, it is the owner or one of the chief engineers of the company. Dare I say, my business says could learn a lot about customer service from them! Okay -I’ve given you “the good” so is there anything about them that does very slightly irritate me? Yes, I do find their accounts department to be very “on the ball” ( others have called aggressive and that their prerogative but I don’t believe it is) and I’ve noticed that this seems to be an irritant to other reviewers who have given a poor rating. Call me old-fashioned but I actually admire any business that is “on top of their accounts“ and it worries me not a jot that I get a telephone reminder if I am a few days out of terms. Good luck to them and others like them because that’s the proper way to run a business. Might I suggest that one judges them, (whether it be this company or any other company) on the quality of their work and not on the efficiency (or inefficiency) of their accounts department. If this review seems to be running to the defence of the company that I’ve only had good experience of for more years than I and I care to remember then I suppose it is. And finally, I have told the owner of the company that I’ve just placed this review and should a potential customer wish to speak to me I will be more than pleased to give them further opinion.
