Kevin Rourke1 StarWent in today to enquire about having my P20 repaired. After being quoted in excess of £200 I then asked if they could fit my SIM into my old phone. When I got home I attempted to make a call. Having had issues with this I called my provider. I was informed after investigation that I had been given the wrong SIM back. They repair desk looked disorganized with several mobiles disassemble they appeared unprofessional, and conning . They even offered to sell me a replacement phone for just under the cost of the repairThursday 30th January 2020
