The staff was very friendly and helpful and extremely supportive. They go the extra mile for their customers with a welcoming attitude and I was very pleased 😀 with the service they gave me. One of the ladies in the shop was very kind to me and set up a new phone once my old one wasn't working due to water damage. I have brought my phone in a few times to be repaired and every time I was happy with the service. Definitely recommend if you need a technician to help. I love my new phone. These guys are fabulous. Having paid at another booth type stall over double what these guys charged for a screen that really wasn’t very good, my new screen is fab. Having purchased quite a few things from these guys they look after you as a customer as well. Very friendly and quick service.

Avoid! Scam shop. Bought 3 screens in a matter of a few months as they persistently broke after the slightest knock (very standard useage) . Clearly this shop uses very cheap/ knock off parts from online as I’ve had no issues after going to a different local shop in new eltham paying the same price! I can’t believe I was fooled so many times, do your research before getting a replacement because the products don’t last here!
