Callum came round and had a look at our existing cctv system. He advised us on what the most appropriate/cost effective upgrades were. Callus installed all the upgrades and showed me how to use them. Very clean work. 5 stars 👍

Due to a break in at the property, the cameras that I previously overlooked to install have now been put up, a real 'After the Horse has bolted from the field' situation. After searching for a local company to use, I found the website for Smartsafe Security Solutions and liked the look of the 2x camera deal. I spoke to Callum, who replied to my message via WhatsApp (so quick, 2021 guys lol...) he talked me through the equipment he uses, benefits of the multi log in app that comes with the cameras, the actual security features that come with the camera and computer set up (I.e Break Lines within the system to notify of approaching visitor, email or app alerts and such) 4K quality cameras, 1months worth of recordings saved, The alerts received to your phone will take you straight to the cameras in either real time or playback mode if you missed who approached the property. When Callum attended my property we went in depth regarding placement of cameras and tracing/tacking/drilling aspects of the wire used to hook it all up, Callum explained benefits of the cat 5 wire which he uses for install of equipment. All work is neat and tidy and I am actually very impressed regarding the work he has carried out and the safety my family now feels, very polite and professional and I understand over 10+ years experiance within the Alarm/CCTV/Security Systems industries. Long review but this company deserves credit and the price is bloody good, I have been quoted £750 and £1000 for a set up previously, 2x cameras set up, I don't know what equipment was going to be used but I cannot see a reason why it was so high after seeing the results and quality I now have from SmartSafe Security Solutions. genuine 5* service.
