The Technician was very knowledgeable, came and removed my ageing 11-year-old system. Replaced it with a brand new 4 channel IP based system, very clean and tidy work, the system was colour based even at night, and it's still working and hopefully will be for the foreseeable future. Very easy to use although need to purchase a monitor to access the enhanced features on the NVR. Amandeep answered all our questions before we arranged to have the new alarm system fitted. He arrived on time and was very professional and friendly. We've just had some security cameras installed by Amandeep from Sofex Security, and could not be happier with the service received. He was very quick to respond to my initial request for a quote and the price was very reasonable. He has worked hard here all day making sure everything was working as it should. He was also very patient adjusting the camera angles to our satisfaction. Amandeep is a lovely chap, very respectful, and I would happily recommend Sofex Security.
