SPS is the one of the UK’s largest  privately owned and independent property services companies specialising in the management and delivery of property and people solutions for registered social landlords, housing associations, councils, commercial property landlords, NHS and MOD.

For over 30 years we have been providing the UK and Holland market with a range of products and services for void properties, occupied buildings as well as delivering services that keep people safe.

As a privately owned company we are agile, flexible and swift in the delivery of our services.

We started  over 3 decades ago securing empty properties with patent protected steel sheets and doors, evolved into clearing and cleaning empty properties ready for re let and now we look after the buildings and the people once let.

We have over 8 Depots around the UK and can service all points between Inverness and Torquay comfortably.
