And they noticed to me in advance that it was mostly likely that the screen could break, since it has a crash line. They were going to be as much careful as they could, though. Stephen did an amazing job with such fiddly/non-standard smartphone model and also keeping me updated regarding fix progress (with photos), options / transparency over costs and providing accurate time estimates.
