I had first taken my Dell laptop to a nearby place but they were insistent they would need to wipe it and reset everything, even without looking at it yet, and not listening to what I thought was the problem. At STS they listened, looked carefully at the laptop, diagnosed and serviced it while I waited, so I could see everything they did inside the laptop. Very reassuring and helpful to understand the process. Reasonable price. Will amend if it starts playing up again but seems good for now.

This outstanding shop specializes in electrical repairs. The individual who assisted my girlfriend in the past with her broken laptop was not only extremely knowledgeable but also exceptionally polite. Recently, he went above and beyond by generously removing the hard drive from an old laptop without charging anything. He is truly an exceptional and compassionate person, and undoubtedly the perfect professional to approach for any laptop or mobile repair needs you may have.

Could not recommend enough!!! AMAZING customer service, went above and beyond to help fix my MacBook in only 1 day, and a really reasonable price. One of those gems that once you've found, you know you'll always go back to use their service no matter how far away you move.

My son's Surface Pro suddenly stopped working. I was about to take it to another repair shop on New Road but that one was closed and so I tried STS. I'm glad I did because the guy repaired it within a few days. Surface Pros are difficult to open, but the guy still managed to fix it. I'm very relieved.
