Adelita Thursby5 StarFantastic service and professionalism from Switched On who went the extra mile when my boiler broke down and needed replacing. Annabelle and Eloise were polite, efficient and understanding as to my situation (no heating or hot water!) and arranged for the engineers to come quickly. Paul, Ollie and Harry did outstanding work with the boiler - polite, efficient, hard working and tidy and I now have heating and hot water working perfectly! Their communication is also excellent (with emails and texts) and I was never left wondering as to when someone would be arriving or what was going on. I also used them previously for electrical work (replacement of a fuse board) and they did a brilliant job then as well. It's unusual to find such a nice company in London that goes way beyond expectations in terms of service and who is also very good value for money - I will definitely will be using them again and cannot recommend them more highly.
