Jake initially came out and very fast I should add given the tone at night for an emergency and quickly identified the issue and outlined the solve. We were back up and running within an hour and our fridge and freezer food was saved. So grateful!! He also came back at another time and carried out an electrical safety check so gave us peace of mind that all our boards etc were correct, and most importantly identified all our fire alarms were out of date (5 of them) and cannot put a price on safety.
