Fixed one issue with my Laptop, and gave it a good clean, but the main issue wasn't addressed (a Hard Drive Problem). I was sceptical when they didn't even ask for the password for the machine, despite my main line of inquiry being the issue with my hard drive.

Avoid this pitiful excuse for a repair shop! Botched iPad screen repair that resulted in TouchID no longer functioning, while it was working perfectly prior to "service". Unfortunately the staff simply shrugged their shoulders and kept waffling poor excuses, while refusing to take any responsibility or offering to remediate the issue. Also kept insinuating that TouchId was likely to be broken prior to handing in for repair and that they could not test due to the iPad being factory reset before handing in for repair. Incredible failure of common sense and logic - the factory reset allowed them to test absolutely anything they wanted to if they had so little faith in their customer in the first instance. Sorry - but this is simply a case of shoddy workmanship with terrible customer service after the fact coupled with no sense of ethical behaviour whatsoever. In summary - choose a different repair shop - I think KFC down the street could have done a better job.

Just thought I 'd share my recent experience of visiting the repair center in New Malden. Very satisfied and impressed by the quality of work done for half the price of what other refurbishing shop would charge. Would recommend and definitely visit again when needed. J

I had my laptop booked in for several minor repairs and I got it back with all issues fixed. The technician who handled it was professional and polite throughout, my only minor complaint was that it took a bit longer than expected and a couple of times I was told I would be contacted on a certain date with an update and I had to chase it myself. This is however a minor complaint and the most important bit, the repair of my laptop was done just as promised at a reasonable price.
