I have been going to Techxpert for 2 years now. The boss is awesome. And he really cares. I've now had a MacBook pro since 2014 and he has changed the hard drive, given me more disk space,, cleaned up the machine and put on the desktop I need for work that allows me to do video editing etc thanks to a device that's REPAIRED. I also bought a smaller laptop and he gave me a great price. It's rare these days to find this quality of service and honesty so it's refreshing. Local businesses are the best!! Thanks again and will definitely keep going.

Real shame that i am leaving a negative review. I dropped my laptop into Techxpert back in November 2022 to fix my screen and i actually did receive the laptop back within a few weeks. the screen came back and it was fixed but the brightness wasn't 100%. I then returned it to be fixed and i am having difficulties getting through to the company and having any luck when visiting the store as it now seems to be closed everyday. I have Zero confidence that i will get this laptop back now. Mas has not come back to me with any update or a refund.

I have recentely ordered a new internal hard drive for my laptop via techxpert. Mas sent me an invoice to be paid. He was communicating fast and replying within hours. However, once the invoice was paid he disappeared and stopped replying to my messages. It was supposed to take 3 days for him to receive the new hdd and to install on my laptop - however it has been more than 2 months since he has done this. He is running a fake operation here and would seriously advise people to not use this service. Other people have had similar problems like mine - see the more recent reviews.
