The whole team were so kind and brilliant from start to finish. I had a laptop that had suddenly decided to stop working and was told that they would look into what went wrong completely for free and that I would only pay if I went ahead with any repair services. In the end, I made the difficult decision to not start repairs on my laptop due to its age and so took it back which the shop team were so kind and understanding with, not being pushy with sales at any point and being really clear and transparent with my laptop and what was wrong with it. I will be sure to go back again should I need any future help and really thank everyone for their brilliant service to me, thank you!!!

These guys have been incredibly helpful, honest and friendly in the process of assisting me with what could have been a very difficult laptop problem. I couldn't recommend them enough. They were patient and accomodating enough to walk me through everything from the shutting down of an older unreliable machine to the purchase of a newer, affordable model. I have been without a laptop for a total of only 2 days thanks to them. If you're looking for a business you can trust and rely on, especially in these difficult times, have no reservations about heading to Tec Prime.
