Life savers. I know that sounds so dramatic but when you haven't backed up your contacts since 2019 you really have a big issue. Little back story, iPhone 12 Pro crashed whilst backing up and then went into an auto reboot [nightmare]. Went to Apple in the beginning, all they could offer was wipe the phone, loose all your contacts and pictures and start again or buy a new iPhone [not actually what I wanted to hear, I wouldn't even have my girlfriends number]. Thanks to Linda and the talented team they were able to get my phone back on and create space so I was able to access all my data and back them up. My MacBook Pro screen was changed with a 3 month warranty. Very fast service - I went in on Monday, collected on Wednesday. Nice lady inside was extremely helpful in suggesting the best means of changing my screen. Would recommend to anyone who needs a repair done on an Apple device!

Fixed my 16 inch MacBook Pro here less than a year ago because of liquid damage. Paid A LOT of money to get the logic board repaired + other components of the computer. It took a full month to get my computer back and when they finally gave it back to me the laptop fans were malfunctioning, so had to bring it back. They apologized for the delay so decided not to leave a bad review back then. My MacBook Pro's logic board is dead again less than a year after. Computer just died suddenly while using it normally like any other day. Should have just purchased a new MacBook instead of spending hundreds in a repair that lasted months. Do not waste your time, do not waste your money.

Professional service and polite staff. I took my iMac with a corrupt hard disk to this shop and they ran their tests to eventually declare it irreparable. They charged me £69 for the 'diagnostic' which didn't help me in the end. Following that, I took the same item to a different shop and they managed to extract all the important data for me.

Great service! I took my laptop in to get a replacement screen fitted in the morning.. and picked it up by lunchtime! Very happy customer, would definitely use again (although hopefully I won't have to haha) Thanks!
