They are young and energetic but with old school values and complete attention to detail. Ours was a complicated multifaceted project and needed very specific scheduling and management. They exceeded our expectations and have transformed a bog standard kitchen into a showcase. Nothing was skimpt on and the owner, Rob, oversaw every aspect and personally made sure we were happy with each stage. We would not hesitate to recommend and use them again. These guys are great they look after my properties in London. Found them on checkatrade a while ago. They have other services that I use as well. I receive an excellent service all round every time. I speak with my tenants and the feedback is always pleasant to hear. Great service from start to finish, very professional and even moved dates around at the last minute to help me out as I couldn’t make it home the day they where booked in to start the job.I really appreciated the wealth of knowledge everyone had, they explained everything Very well and fitted everything to a great finish, they really go above and beyond. We were approached by a property management company who needed advice on how to ensure their 150 properties comply with changing regulations in time for the 1st April 2020 deadline. Our dedicated office team ensured that the legislation was fully communicated and that the electricians were able to complete the EICRs and recommended works within the time frame needed. We were able to provide a bespoke service with a dedicated member of the team overseeing works, liaising and co-ordinating with engineers, suppliers, tenants and the company themselves. We have now been entrusted to provide the electrical contract for a 5-year period. Our clients for this project recently purchased their property and noticed things were a bit dated. They called for our guidance and then instructed our team to rewire their property. Our lead electrical engineer listened to the clients’ requirements and made suggestions to modify the existing electrical design. Together, they agreed a brand-new system giving them complete control and safety over a modern, efficient and stylish home electrical set up. Our team installed six separate ring mains to cope with the added demand, separated lighting into six different circuits and provided complete protection by RCD and RCBO devices. Sockets included USB, wi-fi boosting socket outlets and we even included some sensor lighting in the entry hallway. There were 142 spot lights in this property, our team changed every single one to LED fire rated fittings, saving the client more than £300 on energy. A mother with 5 children contacted our 24/7 team on a Sunday afternoon, having just started making their roast. The electrics in part of their house had completely stopped working, leaving her without an oven, washing machine and fridge freezer among other essential appliances. Unfortunately, a mouse had chewed through the electrical ring main which tripped the RCD in her consumer unit, meaning there was no power to part of their home. Our engineer arrived within 3 hours and thoroughly tested the circuit, locating the fault as being between two points. He was then able to discuss further works required onsite, have these works authorised and rectify the fault the same day. The family were then able to have their Sunday roast together, albeit a little later than planned!

We found the electrical services team to be fantastic throughout our whole experience when our electrics cut out within our flat. They helped us identify that the issue was actually with UK power network and supported us throughout the whole experience even calling on our behalf and escalating for us really going above and beyond. The time Rob especially took to make sure we were okay was unheard of from a trading company. We couldn’t recommend the company anymore and we take them again for their service.

I’ve used the Electrical Services Team and their associated companies a few times now and am always pleased with the quality and standard of their work. The Electrical Services Team recently carried out the 1st and 2nd fix electrics for my new kitchen. They are very professional, hardworking and friendly. While working they took great care when moving appliances and ladders into place so as not to knock my new kitchen units. I am incredibly pleased with the service I have received and would highly recommend them.
