Please avoid this place! Sickening level of service 🤢 Absolutely horrible repair attempt. Extremely unreliable communication and untrustworthy. Waste of time. Have no idea why this place is so highly rated... The only plus? I wasn't charged for the privilege of this service. In summary: - All promises to follow up with updates by a certain date were missed. We had to chase for updates on 8 separate occasions. They only reached out proactively 1 time across all interactions. - The phone was returned in a disgusting state with the screen hanging off the device and horrid globules of glue stuck to the screen (see images). The guy did offer to try again with a different glue just before we retrieved the phone but they had completely lost our trust by then. - They misplaced 7 parts of the phone! As the screen wasn't secured, I could open the phone and cross verify with the phone teardown video (I have amateur repair experience). See below for full parts list missing. - The repair outcome was a failure (I can overlook this as I wasn't hopeful going in), but it took over 3 months to reach this conclusion... - Even if the repair was successful, the headphone jack would not be usable (in my own teardown the cable for the headphone jack was trapped beneath the motherboard...) Missing parts (Thankfully, this appears to be due to carelessness rather than maliciousness as these are all not parts of value): 1) metal bracket securing the screen connector 2) plastic cover at the bottom left of phone 3) 1 screw securing the left side of phone 4) 2 plastic bracket in lower left corner and lower right corner 5) headphone jack cable (found this underneath the motherboard...) 6) 2 motherboard screws Photos: 1 and 2 - phone with globules of glue 3, 4, and 6 - insides with missing parts 5 - about a 3rd of the removed sickly green glue

My phone was fixed really quickly and at an amazing price. I had it back in less than 24 hours - far better than I had hoped for. And for about a third of the price I previously paid at another place. I had complete confidence in the work being done and would definitely recommend The Mobile World to others!

Took an iPad Air 4 there , the part that we needed was ordered in , once it arrived it was fixed promptly would 100 percent recommend , friendly service easy to talk to and is a family business

Great service! I dropped the phone this morning with a broken screen and they went out of their way to get it back to me by the end of the day. Really friendly, great customer service and really reasonable price. Recommend.

Kameron was recommended by a friend. He was communicative and very helpful. Good service for a battery replacement and lent me a mobile to cover the time he had it which was only an evening and morning. Great! Thank you.
