My phone had stopped being able to charge and I brought it here to be fixed. The guy was super friendly, and very upfront and honest about any potential issues that may arise as a result of taking the phone apart, so that I could make my own decision. He then did a great job fixing it, ordering parts, and completing the job within a day, all for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended! Very professional, reliable, and approachable.

I would highly recommend this service for anyone needing a repair ! After being scammed by a repair shop I was very nervous on where to go to sort this out but coming across this shop was a breath of fresh air. The owner was very friendly and knowledgeable, provided me a quote and let me put down a deposit until the part arrived. He also kept up great communication and fixed my issue without a couple of hours of the part arriving. The total cost was also incredibly reasonable considering the time it took and quality of service !

I had my laptop repaired at Pcphone, my laptop was very slow as it was 8yrs old and needed some upgrades. After fix it works like a new laptop now. AKIB(owner) is really a smart person and kindly, he explained the problems in the way I understand clearly. I heartly suggest this place to get your gadgets fixed. Best part is I got my laptop in few hrs, even i was shown the video of my laptop repair and sooner will be posted in pcphone youtube channel.
