We used third eye to fit a alarm system at our house approx 4years ago, communication from initial enquiry to quote to install was great, very happy with the install, professional fitter with a full demonstration. Had it serviced yearly and only ever needed batteries changed so I’m very impressed with the quality. I remember we had cheaper quotes but this is my family home, price played a part of course but wasn’t the defining factor. I continue to use them and would fully recommend.

Third Eye have been my number one security company for the past 10 years. The service and communication they provide is of the highest quality and all the engineers are very polite tidy and shows good knowledge of their profession. I highly recommend them.

Alarm and three cameras Ollie did a great installation with clear instructions for use on phones via the app etc. The after service has been great and ongoing support for silly questions, battery changes etc has been second to none. Would not hesitate to recommend.

I unsubscribed from Third Eye alarms a few of years back. However, my alarm periodically triggers disturbing everyone in my block of flats. This always results in Third Eye insisting that I get my alarm serviced by an engineer at my own expense, despite the alarm being inactive. I called the office today and spoke with someone who claimed to be the office manager. She told me I had to pay for a engineer and put the phone down on me. Forcing people who no longer use their product for 'services' is not reasonable or ethical. I will be reporting them to the trading standards.
