Jody was punctual, well presented and polite which created a good first impression. He explained exactly what needed to be done and also informed me of the Fan he would be installing. As this was a rental property and I wasn’t in attendance on installation day Jody sent me a video showing the work had been carried out and the fan in action. My experience of Thunder sparks was very positive and I have no problem in recommending them to friends and family for any work that may come up.

The work was to repair a Street Light in our road. Jody was prompt, efficient and did what he said he was going to do when he said he was going to do it. Provided EICR report and did associated corrections. Was a good service with good communication and did what was necessary rather than go for the easy ride. Was timely and polite and got everything done on time and for a fair price. I'd highly recommend if you want a decent good value service that you know will be safe!!!
