Peter1 StarAvoid Tindall Security Ltd. at all costs. They are a dreadful business. Many years ago they installed a security system at our house. We also took out a maintenance contract which was not cheap but all went smoothly until after one of the annual maintenance check ups , which had been paid for in advance, they decided to invoice us for nearly £100 extra which had never been agreed. I pointed out that they could not send out retrospective additional invoices for work already carried out and paid for, at an agreed price. They have a terrible customer service department who don't address the issue and just keep sending the invoice. Don't be tempted by reasonable installation costs. They're a rogue firm to be avoided.Wednesday 3rd January 2024

LookBackFilms1 StarI moved into a new house and Initially Tindall refused to give me the codes to my own alarm unless I paid a yearly annual maintenance charge?! After a couple of heated phone calls they finally gave me the Master code to my alarm. Some time later I needed to change some config on the alarm however I was left limited and unable to change config as as Tindall hadn't provide the engineering codes.
I then had to pay someone else to reset the alarm and set the whole thing up from scratch.
Be careful having an alarm installed by Tindalls...
Terrible customer service and very slow to reply to emails.

Ross G5 StarWe are fairly new business customers to Tindall Security. We recently used them to upgrade our office and warehousing alarms, a large job involving awkward high level routing of new wiring, many new sensors and upgrading our police response to level 4. It was several weeks of work and I am very pleased to give them a 5 star review. The standard of the work is excellent and the staff were informative, friendly and courteous throughout.
