Daniel Carbon1 StarCanning Town Toolstation is my go to shop but do not go there after 7:30 on a weekday cause it closed with a excuse every time which means Toolstation is losing out on good money.
I got there at 19:32 not the first time either but I thought it may have changed only to tell me a power cut.
Apart from that all is good but very bad when online it says 20:00 close with no excusesFriday 6th May 2022
Munir Hussain1 StarAsked the customer assistant, Tasleem, to look for metal cutting discs. She replied "you have to look in the catalogue". I asked her to please look on her database for me as I was already at the counter. She looked in her database and then came back with, "they're on page 576. Now please use the catalogue."
I walked next door to screwfix, and picked up the said product from them without any hassle. Extremely rude and lazy customer service assistant at toolstation.Saturday 25th June 2022
