Only ever placed five orders with Toolstation in total (click-and-collect) and three of them (all from this branch) weren't fulfilled due to selling stock that didn't exist. Highly frustrating, waste of time and obviously their stock system or processes are broken. Stick to Screwfix - over 200 orders with them from multiple branches and never had a problem.
