I had the best experience in Toolstation Rochester today, i came in with not a clue what i needed for the work being done on my home but i spoke with the manager called Taryn, who is amazing! She listened to my stresses and managed to work out all the details i needed and even offered me more tools for the future work i told her i was having done. She was polite and i have never experienced that level of customer service before. I am extremely happy and no longer stressed about what i need and the work happening, i even told my husband not to worry about coming here anymore as my experience was that good that i will do it all over again!!!

Ordering online was simple and quick, on collection from my local Rochester branch I received fantastic customer service by a jolly enthusiastic colleague by the name of Taryn who I must say made my toolstation experience truly fantastic and she is a credit to the company!
