Omg best alarm ever had for a week and wow the response to an alert is immediately they call u as soon as its set of .and the door bell well how cool If someone in yr front garden you can sound a siren on yr phone to scare them Plus the images and video are so clear i just love ❤️ more than my hubby

Literally the worst company I have ever had to deal with. It’s been three weeks since installation, nothing works. My alarm now arms and disarms itself when it feels like it. Been told I would have numerous call backs and a tech team sent to my house. Never happened. People take no responsibility and just pass me from person to person. Installer made a mistake with the direct debit and tried guilt tripping me in to rectifying the issue as he wouldn’t get paid. Demanded he came to my house to change it even though I wasn’t home. Said he done me a favour with the price, 50% off, even though that’s the standard discount on the new system and as he done that I should do him a favour and amend the form asap. Branch manager said they would send 100 pound voucher for the inconvenience. Guess what that hasn’t turned up either. Been called every morning since installation for a welcome call even though I done that on day one. Constantly told someone is looking in to it and all they do is put me on hold for 30 mins plus until I give up and put the phone down. Just want someone to come and take this system away! Hopefully someone sees this review and actually gets something done!

IF YOU ARE THINKING OF GETTING A ALARM FROM THIS COMPANY ,THEN THINK AGAIN ,I HAD TWO ALARMS FITTED ONE FOR WORK AND HOME FROM THE 2 -8 2021 UPTO THE 1-9- 2021 THEY HAVE TAKEN £264.20 OUT OF MY ACCOUNT FOR FEES WITHOUT INVOICES ,TRYING TO SORT IT BUT GETTING VERY LITTLE HELP ,ALSO I WAS PROMISSED A £100.00 VOUGHER FOR RECOMMENTING A NEW CUSTOMER STILL WAITING . I FEEL I HAVE BEEN MISS SOLD AND MISS LED ABOULT THIS COMPANY, VERY POOR CUSTOMER RELATIONS.

Was gonna use this company, but after reading the many Reviews, most are Negative and only reason for many people leaving Negative Reviews, is that the company is absolutely no good. I personally wouldn't even go near them, there is seriously something wrong with this company......

Unfortunately the engineer did not turn up to a pre-booked appointment, no attempt was made to notify me that the engineer would not be attending. I waited for 30 minutes before calling the call centre only to be told that the engineer could not be contacted and that I should just book another appointment for another day. I am really disappointed about this company it’s not run professionally at all. Bad first impression. I told the csa that I will go to ADT instead as they are more reliable. Anyone out there Avoid Avoid Verisure😡

Its been a pleasure working here and having the opportunity, to be part of such incredible growth with an amazing company. I've been treated with respect from all and I am aware of the work I need to knuckle down and do, as it can, at times; be demanding. But nevertheless, I signed up for this and I know the responsibilities I hold. As well as the rewards I can gain!! Support from all, which is always available; is something I've not experienced in such a large company, but its great here. Communication is key. And hard work is well and truly rewarded!
