Ben was excellent. He promptly diagnosed the problem and, although it was early evening, purchased the parts required and fixed it then and there for half the price I had been previously quoted! I will definitely be using him again!

Lee and his team have helped me a few times now undertaking an electrical survey of my house and fixing various problems that came out of it. They also upgraded my fuse box and installed an outdoor socket for me. Lee is professional, punctual, easy to deal with and delivers a high standard of work. I would call him for any work that comes up in the future and recommend him to any friends looking for a solid electrician.

I phoned the company for a few repairs I needed doing. They turned up quickly and were very professional. They had to return a few times as the initial problem wasn't resolved. This wasn't any fault of Ben or Lee but as a result of a problem that had happened a few years ago. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ben or Lee to anyone

Had electrical issues at an apartment in the Docklands & another electrician had let me down/was a no show. Called Royal Dock Electrical Ltd-spoke to Lee & he was very professional/willing to help from the beginning. Light & fan repair fixed without any problems at all. Would definitely use again

We had lost power due to a faulty wire which caught fire due to bad wiring from a previous electrician. Ben came out at short notice and performed a temporary fix which made it safe and meant we had power, and then came back to replace the whole board shortly after. He was friendly, polite and professional and clearly took pride in his work. He explained clearly to us what the problem was and the steps he was taking to rectify it. He provided us with a certificate and guarantee of his work and was clear that of there were any problems to call and he would come and fix it at no extra charge. We were really happy - any further work we have we will definitely use him!
