These people are excellent in all ways! I moved into my home with an existing alarm system by another local company. I called them to set up collaboration and ask a few questions as this system was new to me. The lady on the other end was quite abrupt and after hanging up i did not feel that this company were fit for me and definitely did not want their services! I was recommended woodside by a friend! When i called them they were polite and helpful! The technician who visited was professional! Cost was lower than the others too! In the two years i have been with them i have never been dissatisfied. I changed my wifi router the other day and forgot that it was connected to my alarm and app on my phone. I called them and instantly they emailed me the instructions to configure the new router and alarm unit. All done! A++ for the staff of this company!

We used Woodside Security for an alarm and CCTV recently. They were fantastic from start to finish, the office were super friendly (Rita was great) and the engineers we have dealt with have been polite, professional and did a great job. We're so happy with the finished product and would definitely recommend this company.

The level of service received from Woodside Security was second to none. Our initial consultation was easy to understand, all options were thoroughly explained and honest recommendations for our specific needs were given. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly finished the job quickly and to a very high standard. Upon completion, they took the time to show us how everything worked and assured us of their future support should we need any help. I have no hesitation in recommending them!
