D1 StarOrdered nails for my nail gun, unfortunately I ordered the wrong ones so contacted them on the day they were delivered and they were really good about it. Then the problems started, they sent me them by second class Royal mail and wanted me to send them back by 24 hour Hermes, I did so then 11 days after sending them back, they tell me I won't be getting a refund until they receive them back, as if proof of Hermes receiving them from isn't enough.
