Turned up on time, great communication arranging the appointment and professional and polite the entire way through. We agreed to his quote which was very reasonable and on the day of the job we added extra tasks - additional sockets and changing switches but it was no problem for him, he kindly obliged and caused minimal mess and disruption - even brought his own hoover!
